The lake is private and for the exclusive use of the property owners association members. Maintaining this private status is one of the associations’ goals. The Clubhouse has a large covered pavillion and is located on the lake with a sandy beach area and playground for children. Lake Miramichi is noted for excellent fishing and is monitored by the DNR for state regulations.
